CrossFit Powerlifting

In our CrossFit Powerlifting program, we focus on building maximal strength in the three primary powerlifting movements: the squat, bench press and deadlift. Under guidance of experienced coaches, participants concentrate on proper technique, progressive overload and on-point programming to achieve their strength goals.
