Kickboxing

Our women's kickboxing program is meant to teach you real kickboxing skills and give you a great workout at the same time! In these classes, you will learn how to punch, kick, knee, and elbow.

Overall, kickboxing is a full body workout aimed at improving both strength and conditioning.

Every lesson is a bit different as we like to keep it interesting for all the participants. As the cherry-on-top, we hope you leave the kickboxing session with a boost in self-confidence.
