In our CrossFit Olympic Weightlifting classes, we place a strong emphasis on developing proper technique and increasing strength in the two primary Olympic weightlifting movements: the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk.   1. Technique instruction – our coaches will break down the mechanics of the snatch and clean & jerk, teaching proper positioning, movement patterns, and timing to ensure safe and effective execution of the lifts.
  2. Skill development – through targeted drills and exercises, you’ll work on improving key aspects of each lift, such as bar path, footwork, timing and receiving position.
  3. Strength training – in addition to refining technique, our classes include strength-focused exercises designed to build the specific muscle groups required for Olympic weightlifting, including the legs, back, shoulders and core.
